Alright everyone, we’re a little less than 48 hours away from turning in our project! I realize a lot of you have had other things going on, but we really need to see a finished product from each of you by tomorrow morning. Let me know if there’s anything you won’t be able to finish or need help with. Disneylover, when you get a chance, can you pop in here to talk about your storyline and let Orlando know whether interior or exterior needs attention? We’ve got this!
Looks great!
It sounds great! If @Disneylover152 has a map of the interior, we may have an easier time mapping out the queue and integrating the two together. It doesn’t need to be super in depth to be honest, although, if you want, do you have any ideas for in-queue games that are becoming popular on some dark rides in fantasyland?
I think replacing Barney is a good option
Exactly where I was thinking it should go.Me too. That show is very outdated and rarely packs houses.
The Queue: (rough draft)
The Queue will be themed to jellystone Park, and the entrance to the ride will be the entrance gate to jellystone park, albeit a bit more realistic.View attachment 475973
The queue will wind around a forested area, and they soon reach a small waterfall.

guests then pass by the waterfall, and into a cave. The further the guests go into the cave, the more cartoony it becomes, signaling the transition from the real world to the cartoon world. They then exit out of the cave into the show building, they are in a forested area, resembling the unique painted style of the shows backgrounds.

that’s what I got so far. Anyone want to help with this? It’s a little hard, but I got the basics down.
Maybe use fake trees and rocks, with a mall- playground like quality to them. Like this picture of a playground at my local mall. Grew up playing on this thing. Obviously it would be of slightly better quality, but you get the idea.@ThatGuyFromFlorida how could the queue be adapted to be more cartoon-y?

Yeah, and I just meant the material used would be reminiscent of those mall Playgrounds. Those hard, shiny, plasticy looking things. It’s tacky, and I like it. Maybe there could be some kind of geyser, or fallen redwood tree kids could slide down?Sure, and maybe having playground type elements for an interactivity aspect?
