I was commenting on the overall picture. Not an attractive corner of WDW by any stretch of the imagination. Personally, I miss the waterfall.

No way of knowing, but my guess is the Earful Tower or a new Nemo attraction on Pleasure Island.

I would prefer the water fall ONLY...The building it was attached to, though rich in nostalgia was an eye sore.

I personally am ecstatic that waterfall is gone. :sohappy: If a new water feature to replace it had been built, that would have been lovely, but to say that 30 year old grey, moldy waterfall was more visually stunning than the current tree lined plaza area is speaking, I think, out of nostalgia and not reality. :shrug:

I know thats pushing it. :lol: Two old trees, two new trees and a new lone palm tree don't make it tree lined by any means, yes, but I was trying to keep my description short.
(And give it some time to grow in; I think a year down the road just about all of us will be saying, "Y'know, these trees do look pretty good here...") Regardless, I still stand by my opinion that this is a vast improvement over the waterfall/Skyway plaza that was there before.

I like it.
I think it provides nice counterpoint to all the concrete and hard edges in the area. Plus, tomorrowland needs all the shade it can get.
I would have liked a fountain also, but they could have just as easily covered the whole area in plain grey concrete and called it a day.
Now which would have been worse?

He was around yesterday being very critical of the SM refurb and planter. It was a welcome change...I wish he was like that all the time.
