I don't know what I'm fixing tonight. I got a new cookbook with recipes for 9X13 pans. It has some yummy food in it. However, I'm thinking about Jim's Spaghetti tonight. Of course, it can give you major heartburn (which pregnancy has supplied me with a lot of lately) so I may change my mind.

Traditional Smith family corned-beef dinner with taters, cooked carrots, and for dessert we made "Watergate cake". (I don't think Mom appreciated me calling it "Nixonlicious". :lookaroun)

Gourmet pizza from Bella Compagnia - the one with Brocoli rabe - and seafood over linguini. Appetizers mozzerella and zuchini sticks. And a glass of savingion blanc. Later a stout (guinness for strength!)

I made chili from deer meat and now I have terrible heartburn. I don't think I will be having leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

It's a beautiful spring day here in Alabama, so we are grilling out tonight baby. BBQ ribs & pork chops with baked beans & corn. I also have some fresh fruit. :slurp:

Beautiful weather here, too, so I've got a big roast slow smoking on the pit in the back yard. This will be chopped up and turned into BBQ sandwiches, served with some sliced onions, pickles, a little Sweet Baby Ray's honey chipotle BBQ sauce, a dash of Tabasco and some chips.
