I made lasagna tonight with ricotta cheese. I should have used cottage cheese. I didn't care for the ricotta.

It's a beautiful spring day here in Alabama, so we are grilling out tonight baby. BBQ ribs & pork chops with baked beans & corn. I also have some fresh fruit. :slurp:

Now that's my kind of meal. :slurp:

We're having steak and salad. That is if my husband gets out of the ice cream soon.

Vern is grilling steaks, and we'll have broccoli with it (roasted?). For dessert I'm going to make fried apples with brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts and serve it over vanilla ice cream.

Sesame chicken, combination lo mein, and spicy crawfish spring roll..YUM!
