I make ice cream on the weekends........husband eats it all by Monday night!
I have toyed with the idea of getting the ice cream maker attachment for my kitchen-aid. However, I wonder if it will wind up next to the fondue pot and the pasta maker. Is it a long process to make ice cream? I sort of know the basics but I am wondering if it is worth it over just buying some Edy's.

Toad in the Hole

Yep Vernonpush you're right the sausages in batter is toad in the hole, very fattening and very yummy.

Tonight, we've had Chicken Tikka Massala with Peshwari Naan bread and the children had a Chicken korma, a milder version of our curry.

Really Really easy. I got the stand alone Cuisnart. I thought about the attachment, but find this works better.

To make the really thing, takes about 20 minutes cooking time, a couple of hours or overnight in the fridge, then 20 minutes in the machine.

Iv'e made more types than I can count. Once you've had the homestuff, it's hard to go back to store bought!

Balsamic chicken , steamed broccoli, garlic mashed potatoes!

For dessert - strawberry shortcake with vanilla ice cream.

(We are so lucky to have what food we want - ya know?)

I'll try and work something up. I don't use recipes very often (if ever). I should be able to get something together. It took about 4 try before I got something I really liked.

I'd love a copy too, if you get a chance! :slurp: I'd also like the recipe for the turkey ranch meatloaf. That sounds good!
