I'm curious what kind of positions they mean by "operational areas". Is this content creation people, broadcast support staff, janitors? Anyone know more?Disney to cut about 200 jobs at its TV networks

Yeah, operation is pretty vague. I assume most of the fall shows are in the can and should be gearing up for the mid season shows. Holiday specials etc this should be a busier time?I'm curious what kind of positions they mean by "operational areas". Is this content creation people, broadcast support staff, janitors? Yeah I was wondering about the ESPN omission as well. I would have thought that since ESPN seems to be the one that is struggling the most that it would be the one to get the cuts, but maybe that's exactly why they left it alone. That's what I was wondering as well.
Also curious why the left ESPN out of it.

As terrible as that sounds, you may be right. In any case it will not be the ones responsible for the mess
Is Roger Goodell still on the payroll?ESPN had a ton of layoffs to on air personalities a few months back.
And it's due to the backlash. Not sure if this was already posted but EA has responded to the Battlefront II loot box backlash:

Still pretty dang bad but not as bad as the beta made it seem at least.
Hopefully the backlash keeps working. I was really looking forward to BFII.And it's due to the backlash.
I'll be starting the thread dedicated to this stuff soon.
Here we go.Hopefully the backlash keeps working. I was really looking forward to BFII.
