IMO it should be BARcade theme based around Game Central Station from Wreck it Ralph.

I'd love that building (in DS) to turn into game central station, and you could walk into different interactive environments.

That would be great in DHS, but not Wreck It Ralph between Mission Space and Guardians Of The Galaxy... at least those two have a "Space" theme... While Wreck It Ralf has a video game/racing theme...

I think WOL looks a lot like PROGRESS LAND ( COP pavilion ) from the 1964 worlds fair. Id love to see COP moved to WOL building and cleaned up. It could work well in EPCOT. But it’s a hugeeeee pipe dream that’ll never happen.

New monorail narration has been recorded but isn't live yet - they remove mention of it in the upcoming spiel.

They should put in a Wall-E or Big Hero Six attraction. It seems to fit more with the area than Tech that will soon look out of date. Remember Innoventions??? Geez that became lame!

On the topic of IP's that would (I believe) fit well. I think Big Hero 6 is a candidate.

Or as a replacement for Buzz Lightyear Spin at MK. Then put Play Pavilion in old Stitch location. And leave EPCOT free for somethings better.

That would just mean leave the pavilion sit dormant for a decade to current management...
A Pavilion based on Space and THe Cosmos linked to the two flanking pavilions would make sense and be a great base for a couple new attractions.
They could go back to a health pavilion hosted by Big Hero 6...
an Eco-Magination pavilion sponsored by a major energy corporation would be interesting too...
but to leave it sit and continue to remain dormant is just ridiculous. It could end up a Meet & Greet character pavilion a la Fairytale Hall, or like Communicore West, they will probably just tear it down because they refuse to put the effort into developing it into something meaningful...sadly.

If we could redo the whole thing, I still think a space travel World Discovery that sectioned off Test Track and then had Guardians (fantasy), Mission:Space (reality) and Planet Play! Would have worked. The last being a look at history of space travel though a whimsical eye using the characters. Sort of combining the structure of WoL, the whimsical looks at the past of Horizons and World of Motion and the characters required. Seeing Goofy as Jules Verne could actually be pretty fun. And you could easily do an omnimover in classic Epcot style.

It would have created a cohesive narrative through the land and rounded out the offerings age wise.

That kind of imagineering and (management especially) doesn't exist anymore...sadly.
