New entertainment coming to Germany?

Has to be a small band. If true this will be a very popular drinking spot.

I feel like increasingly, things are happening and "insiders" have less idea as to what is going on. Perhaps Disney is indeed doing a far better job at cutting down on leaks, which seemed to be a priority in the past year or so.
It is also the case that small entertainment acts are much easier to keep under-wraps, compared to say a new attraction.

The venue may have been built without specific act in mind, as the current Epcot entertainment strategy is to buy in entertainment for a limited time run. It may be the case that they have not yet gone shopping for the act.

You may have something there.
Disney could use that spot to show CM's what will happen to them if they leak inside information.

Well it`s obviously nothing really spectacular although I am already grateful for anything that happens in "our" pavilion as so far it is still a major disappointment without any attraction since the opening. I know some consider the model train a minor attraction but to be honest, the model train is pretty sub-standard, I saw private garden trains in Germany which excel the EPCOT train in any aspect, after all Germany is one of the leading nations in modelrailroading. But what I really would appreciate would be an updated "Rhine River Cruise" (mentioned by Marni in one of the first posts), updated because it was designed in the 1980s to represent West Germany only and only included West German cities but for example not the old and new capital Berlin. And of course tame boat rides like Gran Fiesta Tour are also considered a little outdated by many guests today.

There is a lot of traditional German folk music that is played by groups of three two five musicians with traditional instruments. Something like this seems to be able to fit on this stage quite well. Here are some pictures of groups like that:

The stringed instrument placed on a table seen in the two lower pictures is a Zither, one of the most common and traditional instruments in German folk music, which was and is used not only in Bavaria but throughout all more mountainous regions in Germany (which are not only in the south), like the Harz Mountains, Black Forest, Silesia and so on. It is also very popular in what we call Hausmusik, music made by German families at home. It would be great if some music of that kind would be played at that small hut or pavilion, it is much more suitable for a relaxed atmosphere than the oompah music of the Biergarten.

I'm currently at Epcot and the walls have been removed from around the structure being built next to Germany. It was previously believed this would be some type of food and beverage venue but that is clearly not the case. It's definitely a stage of some type with rear access and speakers to the sides. Anyone have any information about new entertainment coming to the pavilion?

So nearly a month later and still no indication of what is going on here? Hmm.

I'll be there Wednesday with friends, so if I see something . . .
