It would be great to add India. With its population density and history it would be a great choice. It would be amazing to see the Taj Mahal.

Roseanne Cash once said on stage: "Here's a song guaranteed to put the **** back into country."

On pyramids, we have two already, at Mexico and at Coronado Springs. They're not Egyptian pyramids, but they're pyramids.

I like the Greece idea. It has the history. Western civilization originated there. And Greek food would be more popular than Russian, Egyptian, Brazilian, etc. food.

India and Thailand are sort of represented already in Asia at AK.

I would much rather have the countries there now improved than have a new country added anytime soon - I think there should be another ride added in to make it more fun for kids. Some people just ignore it because they assume that it will be boring!

I vote - add a ride in the UK: A yellow submarine trip through Beatles history :-) I'm biased. I love the Beatles

I would enjoy to see Spain, Russia, AUSTRALIA, or Chile. NO AFRICA. Animal Kingdom already has that lol :)

I read on a thread awhile back that Austraila could possibly be the next land added to Animal Kingdom, but haven't heard anything further than that.

I agree something NEW needs to be placed into the WS. A ride would be GREAT, Maybe a roller coaster that intertwines into all countries, "Around the world in 80 days!"

or add a "Caribbean" showcase "tie-in my favorite resort" and place a new POTC adventure/ride. A restaurant serving some Conk dishes, People saying ya mon, rum runners, pina coladas....

The thing with Australia is that Steve Irwin would have likely been tied into it, and now that option no longer exists.

Countries that were supposed to be added, but never were:

So you know they still have actual plans for these, but I doubt they'll ever see the light of day at this point. And there's the ones that Martin mentioned.

Personally, if they added anything, I'd like to be on the west side of the lagoon, and it possibly block out the Swan and Dolphin from the skyline, but I'm not sure there's enough space now.

The pavilion def needs some love (Norway)
- blame the economy. Disney are. A modest refurb of both the ride and movie were planned a year ago.

Tid bits - in addition to what`s been talked about in the past - in May 1979 Costa Rica signed a Preliminary Participation Agreement, Israel in November 1980, and Spain again as recent as September 2002. Norway was originally the Scandinavian Showcase, sponsored by Norway, Sweden and Denmark as of September 1983.

I believe Venezuela was also conceptualized as well.

I also remember seeing A-frame display boards Showing the Israel coming soon info. Then all of the sudden they are gone and nothing else ever heard of about Israel.

I thought that was it on some level.

Have you seen his daughter's show on discovery or animal planet, BINDEE the jungle girl? my 3,4 + 9 year old really enjoy watching it because its hosted by a kid their age, I think Disney would be wise to move forward and get her + her mother involved. An animal show for kids, by a kid!;)

They were pretty much the same design of the signs that they had up for Horizons, and the Living Seas.

The Israel sign and the Equatorial Africa ones I remember seeing. I don't ever recall seing the Spain sign.

I would Love A new Country!! But there is much more in work that needs to be done in the other parks MK, DHS, and in FW before I would add another pavillion.

I'd love to see an India pavilion in WS.

A new ROE would be great, as long as it was as good as or better than what we have now. If they replaced ROE with a substandard show, I would be seriously sad.
