From what I understand, the sinkhole rumor has been debunked, never was the cause of the Horizons building to be demolished.

There was no sinkhole. My beloved HORIZONS was railroaded!! They just cut off the ending, put it in a tiny capsule and prevented us from having any say so on our destination. That's mission space. I need a drink.

Well, they didn't actually "unfreeze" him, it's just that someone unplugged the freezer to charge their cell phone and never plugged it back it.

It also had one of the best soundtracks heard on a Disney attraction. Just lesson to this!
