And if that doesn't work, they usually figure it out by the time the puddle starts forming at your feet.

When I was a lad, we respected our elders! We never had these cheeky young whippersnappers being cheeky.

I used to work 16 hours a day down the pits, with only a crust to chew on. We had to share one pair of Y-fronts between 12 of us, and i used to make shoes out of old leaves.

Ah, those were the days.

And yes MM, I know why you made that comment, but I'm on a whole different tangent.

Yeah... back in the day....

*fondly reminisces while polishing his dentures*

Back in the day, my fourteen brothers and I used to walk seven miles every morning just to get to school... Pouring rain, through sleet or snow... ( :lookaroun we used to think we were postal workers :lookaroun ) Sometimes we didn't even have shoes to wear... But that didn't stop us...

My parents were hardworking people, and so was I,...

*at this point, inserts dentures back into mouth and starts noshing on creamed peas and spinach*

not like these young'uns today, who parade around doin' nothing like lazy --------------------.

Ahh...

those were the days...

*has heart attack*
