It's a sad thing, but the 'Top 7 Must Sees' resort tv tour took the place of one of my favorite, little Disney 'extras'. I'll keep it short, since I've probably ranted about this a hundred times.
Turning on the resort TV channel when arriving at WDW was the the definitive 'YOUR HERE' moment for me. The pacing of the segments, the friendly host, and of course the 'TIP FOR TODAY' bits. If I was in the room, that channel was on, simple as that.
Nowadays, it's just not the case. I'll watch the 'Top 7 Must Sees', but I find it a bit too AHHHHHHHHHHHH IN YOUR FACE frantic and hip. Kryssa is cute, I will give her that, but she serisouly should consider removing sugar from her diet.
I'm hopefull they'll change the tour for the better when Soarin, and Everest are open, but sorry Kryssa, you're getting a NO vote from me. No hard feelings, ok?
For those of you who have not yet seen 'The Top 7 Must Sees', I encoded the video from August of 2004. It's floating around the net as both WMV & Divx files.

As far as Krissa/Kryssa/whatever: Shes nice on the eyes, but tough on the ears. She's perky, which is good for promoting the parks, but it does get annoying after a while.

These are the top seven things that traumatized me due to Kryssa. She's still pretty cool, but eventually when they replace Kryssa, I'll remember the following.
7. Kryssa in a Stitch hat for Stitch's great escape.
6. Kryssa in Epcot's world showcase (especially England, Italy and Morocco).
"Extra Magic Hour: It's just like having the park to yourself, or at least more for yourself."
5. Kryssa's "water-powered wedgie."
4. When Kryssa goes from Space to Big Thunder Mountain and you see her laughing hysterically.
"Use Disney's fastpass. You can hop onto the ride at your designated ride time with little or no wait."
3. Kryssa saying, "Cute animals! Cute animals!" and "Hello, rhino!"
2. Kryssa meeting Baloo, Goofy and Pluto.
"He's Pal Mickey, and I gotta say he's a pretty cool dude!.......Oops, we gotta get back to the countdown."

I like Kryssa's top 7 (and mine just as much). However, I loved Zip-a-dee, too. The tips weren't great or necessary, but everything else was nice.
I can't wait to see how the list will change when the Happiest Celebration starts. With LMAX and Soarin likely to be added, I wonder how the top 7 will be rearranged.

i didn't mind "top 7" the first couple of times, but i found the only reason i kept the resort TV on was to see the promos of the attractions, especially the one for Wishes ...and Tower of Terror 4 was pretty sweet too (but i digress...)
i still miss Mr. Zip-a-dee-do-dah and his tips....not to mention the montage reels of the parks that would play at the bus stations (again, i digress...)

Shhhhhh!!! She hears all....
She will come to your house in the middle of the night and give you a personal show of the 'Top 7' if you keep it up!
