Oh my, Megan! Was it like icy or snowy or something out when you slipped? 2 years ago when we were in Oklahoma for the ice & snow (me & the boys first & only solid experience with the stuff) it was so scary to me! I was so afraid of slipping when walking the dog. And OMG! Walking your dog in -4 F is brutal! She looked up at me like "Seriously, woman?" I stood there holding the leash crying & begging her to go. One of Tracey's coworkers and a close friend to us now actually slipped walking out of his apartment and busted up his shoulder. He had to have surgery on it...twice! Just hang in there, girl. Think of those sunny skies, warm sand on your toes, and yummy drinky-drinks. It'll get better!

I feel your pain Kelly with the -4 degree weather! Last night it was 6 degrees when I took my pup outside and he was like "yeah right! no chance!" sadly though this is the norm for us up here in Maine!! COLD winters!!!

It was slush on the ground, it wasn't snowing at the time. And I'm used to the stuff. I spun around cause someone called my name and went down hard.

It's ok, thanks guys. I'm hoping this ends up ok. We did surgery Friday and he had to put a plate in my ankle.
Wow! Take care of yourself, do what the doc says to, and get better fast. I'll send ya all my bestest vibes and say some prayers for you to make a quick recovery.

Hi ladies! I can't believe it's 2013! It's the cruise year! I know you all are going to have so much fun! I am still sad I won't be there with ya, but alas, nursing school is taking over my life until June 2014. But it's all worth it! Hopefully I'll be in the company of you fine ladies in the future!
