You ladies are so much more motivated than me. I haven't been running since I separated from the Air Force a year and a half ago. I've been walking on a high incline and I've lost about 5 pounds. I guess I should lose some more since I have to wear a bathing suit...
Tracy, I didn't know you were in the Air Force! Awesome.
Okay ladies. I deactivated my FB account again. This morning my email got hacked for the 2nd time in 13 years online using that email address. Both times it has happened it's been within a few months of activating and actively using a FB account. I accept that in 2009 my stupidity caused me to get a virus from a FB email that I opened because what it said very much could've pertained to me on an extremely personal level. Long story. That virus is wha eventually killed my Vaio (even after having it professionally "cleaned" it was never the same) and led to my email hacking. When I reactivated my FB to participate in a homeschool group a few months ago I deleted all my content, changed all my security settings to the highest levels possible, unfriended everyone, and utilized FB **only** to interact with 3 groups. Nothing more. I only access my email and FB accounts from my Macbook, my iPhone, and my hubby's desktop PC. Everyone else in my household uses my Mac, the desktop, or their iPhones. I'm the only person in the house who has a FB account and I'm the only one who's ever been hacked. And I've been hacked TWICE. Both times it correlates to FB. So, sadly, no more FB for me. It's not worth risking my $2700 Macbook, a $599 iPhone, and/or a $3500 gaming PC. Think of the cruises I could go on with that money!!!! LOL!
Ah man! We will miss you there, Kelly!
