Whoa. What about a cruise?! What's the deal with this? Cost, etc?

You need to shoot an email to Tammy. Cost can be greatly reduced when paired with roommates! I know in my stateroom we're looking at something in the ballpark of like maybe $700 each (?? - I think it's actually less, I don't think I saved the updated confirmation like I should have) for the 4-night cruise fare. Tammy is keeping a running list of ladies who need roommates, etc. She can help you!

So excited!! I was able to convince my soon to be hubby because he will be leaving me to go to school for 6 months around that time and I'm going to have to live with my parents! I told him that 4 days away with fellow-WDWMagic-ers is exactly what I'll need!

Quick question! Sorry, I don't want to read through 47 pages of posts... Anyway, I was wondering if any of the ladies are planning to visit WDW prior to (or following) the trip? Thanks!
Yep! We've got some ladies tentatively planning to hit WDW before the cruise. I'm not sure about after. I know my old man is also talking about the possibility of hanging at WDW with our boys while I'm gone on the cruise... :D

Awesome, thanks! I would so love to do a cruise with my fiance, but he's a merchant marine and has no interest in a cruise... :( So, I guess I'm stuck with you ladies! ;) It might be fun to hit the World before the cruise!

Afterwards for sure, before is a definite maybe.

Awesome! I think afterward would be the best bet since I'm going to be missing school. That way I'll just be gone maybe Saturday thru Saturday instead of leaving early and missing days in two different weeks.

I looking at possibly going down on Friday night the 6th after work and just get a room only for 2 nights, maybe at a Value, veg at the resort and go Downtown on Saturday. Then after the cruise, go back and stay through the following Monday or Tuesday at a Moderate, do the parks and see if there is a Halloween party that weekend. I just got a pin code for 35% off that's good for then.

Sounds awesome! I have DVC points that I can use if anyone is interested in sharing a room, but I doubt I'll be staying longer than Saturday.

Mamamouse! It is a humongous thread! :) We would love to have you, but this cruise is no men no kids! Of course there's nothing to say you can't book the same cruise and we'll see you there, but our official group and activities are just for us crazy women!
