10 lbs!! That's awesome! I started WW about two months ago and have only lost about 6 so far. It's okay, it's coming! :)

I'm still not running either.

BTW, I bought the 2013 Birnbaum Disney Cruise Guidebook last night. Started to read it on my lunch hour and had to make myself get up from my desk and take it out to the car or I would have spent the rest of the day reading! So excited!!!

Dont' feel bad, Kelly, I haven't run since my 5K at WDW on Sept. 30!

(well, maybe we should feel bad, but I feel better knowing I'm not ALONE, and hopefully you will to)

I do feel better, Siobhan! I gotta tell you where my motivation came from yesterday because if life hadn't thrown me a random motivator I'd likely have stayed sittin' here on my butt. Brian's best friend who lives across the street from our old house is coming over for the weekend (to celebrate Brian's birthday). So I'm texting with bff's mom working out the details since we live over an hour apart now. Last time I saw bff's mom at the beginning of September she looked amazing, had lost a ton of weight, and I gushed over how fab she looked then. She told me she had been started running and working on being healthy. Plus she's going back to school for her doctorate on top of being a high school math teacher AND mom. During the years that we were neighbors she had talked a lot about wanting to run but always had health problems that prevented her from being able to. She was pretty badly overweight, too. So when she was telling me how she overcame all the obstacles and started running I was like, "Wow! That's awesome!" Then yesterday we're texting about the arrangements for Jonas's visit and she says, "Have you been loving this cooler weather because it's been making my runs almost enjoyable." I'm like, uh...yeah...I'm a slacker and laid off the running. But then I got to thinking how crazy it is that I always have an excuse not to go when there's so many people who want to run but can't or overcome health issues just so they can run...the weather has been so much less hot...it really is shameful that I haven't been out there running. So I got off my butt at 1:00 in the afternoon to go run. It was hot but not miserably so. I did okay. It didn't feel as horribly awkward like it normally does when I've had a long pause. So, yeah, it took such a random little conversation with a former neighbor to get me to put my "business shoes" on and just GO.

I have been devouring my Birnbaum Cruise Guide. OMG, it's almost overwhelming with all the stuff you can do! How are we going to fit it all in! I foresee me driving my DH nuts talking about this for the next 10 months.

(Just had to post something to bump this thread back to the top!! :D)

Like a trip to Disney World, we can not fit it all in! But we will just love every second of what we do! :)

I was thinking today how quiet the cruise board is, so I'm glad you did!

You ladies are so much more motivated than me. I haven't been running since I separated from the Air Force a year and a half ago. I've been walking on a high incline and I've lost about 5 pounds. I guess I should lose some more since I have to wear a bathing suit...

Okay ladies. I deactivated my FB account again. This morning my email got hacked for the 2nd time in 13 years online using that email address. Both times it has happened it's been within a few months of activating and actively using a FB account. I accept that in 2009 my stupidity caused me to get a virus from a FB email that I opened because what it said very much could've pertained to me on an extremely personal level. Long story. That virus is wha eventually killed my Vaio (even after having it professionally "cleaned" it was never the same) and led to my email hacking. When I reactivated my FB to participate in a homeschool group a few months ago I deleted all my content, changed all my security settings to the highest levels possible, unfriended everyone, and utilized FB **only** to interact with 3 groups. Nothing more. I only access my email and FB accounts from my Macbook, my iPhone, and my hubby's desktop PC. Everyone else in my household uses my Mac, the desktop, or their iPhones. I'm the only person in the house who has a FB account and I'm the only one who's ever been hacked. And I've been hacked TWICE. Both times it correlates to FB. So, sadly, no more FB for me. It's not worth risking my $2700 Macbook, a $599 iPhone, and/or a $3500 gaming PC. Think of the cruises I could go on with that money!!!! LOL!
