Big bottle of coconut rum - check.
Plastic shot glasses to measure said rum into our drinky-drinks (considering I usually use a measuring cup for my liquor, this is a step up for me) - check.
Pack of swizzle sticks to stir said drinky-drinks - check!
Yep! I'm all set!
Measure? I pour to a certain line on my tumbler. Prob'ly not the best thing to do because a few times I poured to the wrong line & got my butt kicked. LOL!

Um, has anyone ever mixed alcohol w/Crystal Light? Results? Usually I mix my coconut rum with the pink lemonade from the soda station but if I can cut a few calories at least mentally I'll feel better. I'm pathetic.

Not sure Kelly. Never tried it! I think I'm going to bring a bottle of coconut rum and Ashley is bringing a bottle of X-Rated vodka. She usually mixes that with soda water so does anyone know if there is soda water on board? We may also bring a few of our glowing ice cubes to give our drinky drinks some extra pizzaz!! :) Question though... are we going to make a stop on the way to port? Or should we bring the alcohol with us on the plane?

Well, I decided to try it. ;) Its the Target brand strawberry lemonade. I mixed half the water you're supposed to with the mix then poured coconut rum into the water bottle to oh, a little more than 3/4 full. Shook it up. Poured over ice. Deeeeeee-lish! Going to Target to buy more mix! WooHOO! I know its funny, really, but I'm relieved to feel like I can drink my yummy drinky-drinks and not be sucking up thousands of calories!

I had that idea today! We must be tele-pathetic. Glad you tried it. I'll grab some the next time I'm in town. Spent the afternoon packing today! 3 weeks to go!

Just noticed Cali Grill will start taking reservations on Monday (Aug 26); it reopens on Sept. 9. Anyone staying after the cruise want to organize dates & times and we can try to get something?

Can't believe I forgot to ask this...

@sweetpee_1993 @Tiggerish @Kerby626 @Sans Souci

...any snorers?

Do we need to bring our own shampoo? hair dryer?

@Tiggerish Cali Grill does sound fantastic!

Is anyone going to MK on Saturday night? Or should I start looking at the 1900 Park Fare buffet menu? Haha

Magic Kingdom closes at 7 Saturday night. Stephanie and I will be in Epcot that night though, if you would like to join us for Illuminations.

It closes at 7 - because of Night of Joy. I could buy a ticket for just Night of Joy for less than a day ticket and there will be less people in the park - most of them actually there to see concerts.

So I'm only thinking of MK due to the lower cost/lower crowd deal. But thanks for the invite! I'm excited to tag a long with everyone on the days after the cruise!

I snore when I'm sick. I'm hoping to God I don't have to go thru that again. Otherwise, I'm good.

You can prob'ly get by with the H2O Spa stuff in the stateroom. Since we have 4 of us ladies I don't think it'd be tacky to request a supply of 4 bottles of everything each time our host cleans (twice daily). I can't use the H2O because it will kill the Keratin treatment I'm having done the week before we leave. I'll be bringing my own out of necessity. I like the lotion. Smells great. Miss the body butter which was better so I still bring my own lotion. But I'll use theirs for hands and feet throughout the day in passing.

The blow dryer in the stateroom is pretty good. Just gotta be sure to plug it in the right outlet. I think its marked. Unless you need an ionic one or whatever, the one they have is great.

I can tell you really want to go to the MK! I'm planning on doing dinner, soaking up probably the 1 & only night I'll ever spend at the GF, and repack my luggage for embarkation day. Then I need some beauty sleep. I want to be rested! If I can get to sleep. I'm gonna try!

I do want to go to MK - it's going to be so hard to be staying at a monorail resort...with a cheap option of low crowds and NOT going. But I think dinner will be so fun too! First (Disney) World problem for sure.

I'm not a good sleeper. I am a light sleeper. And when I'm excited for a cruise...I probably won't sleep well. Thank God for iPhones and iPads and Kindles for late nights when I can't sleep!
