You can believe or not believe me if you want. I've been mostly a Disboarder for years. But now you all have the pleasure of my Dickens/Shakespeare like words.
I am pretty confident this isn't some usual trolls, I have seen MM10 on Dis for years....just very passionate about things.....sometimes he/she even gets things right ;)

Thanks buddy, nice to see ya. I do occasionally stumble upon being right. The key is to just keep throwing …. at the wall. You're bound to be correct eventually.

I would think they’d want Figment in Imagination no matter what, the extent would be the bigger issue. He’s easy to fit into Inside Out, for example. I don’t think the backlash would be worth it otherwise. Like, I’m sure to a large extent they don’t care, but are they really gonna spend millions of dollars to do something they know is gonna anger a huge amount of fans?

You must have missed the memo by certain posters around here. Anyone who says they are "a Disney fan" and expects "old" Disney quality and standards are just stodgy old farts who are stuck in the past and hate everything Disney does these days. And it's been proven that 98% of guests LOVE what Disney is doing, because crowds are up and TWDC stock price is up. Guests are perfectly happy paying more for a lesser experience these days, because that's what they allegedly want, not those old stale boring rides from 20+ years ago. And Disney is a business and is simply giving guests what they want.

Oh, and if you disagree with those posters, well then you're just a mean girl.

Just give Figment the 3d show and a meet and greet, maybe that would appease the fans. Unlike Michael Jackson he hasn't done anything in the past (that we know of). So it would be alright if he took up residence there.

It is indeed the lowest-rated attraction in Epcot over the past year. Here are the survey results by age group, ratings from 1 star (very bad) to 5 starts (excellent), surveys over the past 12 months, minimum of 400 surveys per age group:

Pre-schoolers: 3.97, which is average. PS'ers rate the average Epcot attraction as 4.0 stars.
Grade-school: 3.8, below average (4.1)
Teens: 3.1, much below average (3.9)
Young adults: 3.0, much below average (4.0)
Over 30: 3.1, much below average (4.0)
Seniors: 3.3,much below average (4.0)

The usual disclaimers apply: the survey only reflects the views of people who take surveys and who use our site/books.

Other attractions that don't do well overall: the Imagination pavilion, Reflections of China, O! Canada, the U.S. pavilion, Agent P's World Showcase Adventure.

Edit: Fix typos

Interesting how all of those (besides the US pavilion) are changing .... ;)

(The rest isn't really geared towards you specifically Len)

A low rated ride doesn't mean Figment himself isn't popular. I have no doubt the ride itself is at the bottom of the barrel. I experience literally 0 joy riding it, except for the burst of air and all the Figments. I imagine most guests feel the same. But I think they'd keep Figment in someway.

And about the merchandise, Figment is popular for merchandising, why do you think they keep using him on it? lol. They *know* it sells. A refreshed attraction with a merchandise line would do very well. They just probably don't believe it would.
