Well buying Marvel cost Disney only $4 billion. I would imagine 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, a bunch of resorts, and countless other things would be far more expensive. I am thinking it would be more in the tens of billions of dollar range. If we are talking just the actual parks themselves I would have to guess each park would be worth $4-5 billion each.

Where are you getting that figure? $390,000 just for an acre of land seems pretty high, especially with values in Orlando dropping more than the rest of the country.
