If a price tag could be put on WDW, how much would it cost?

I hate to nitpick, but you have seemed to go to a great length of trouble to prove a point that I originally thought you were joking about.

I am a real estate appraiser, and often do commercial appraisals in Orange County. When comparing Disney's land to those much smaller sites you are not taking into account the functional use of each site, the economy of scale issue associated with size difference, development density, or location influences, just to name a few. In other words $390,000 per is way way way to high for Disney's site.

I don't know what the price per acre is, but I'd like to buy a square foot or two at the entrance to Stitch's Great Escape, so I could padlock the door and drop the key in Seven Seas Lagoon.

That would require me to do alot of free work, that I dont have time for. However, if Disney wants to hire me to figure that out for them I would be happy to oblidge. :D

>> wiki isn't worth the paper it's not printed on!

Did you even read the links? The link to YAHOO states Disney's Market Cap Value. That number is *fact* based on the stock price.

The link to WIKI is merely an attempt to help you understand what "Market Cap" is defined as. If you have a better definition, please post it. I suspect it will be very similar in concept to the definition posted on the WIKI link.

No disrespect meant to you nor your research. That's why I didn't quote you. It was merely a jab at Wiki.

It's just my one man campaign against anyone using Wiki as a source.

Yes, you did back up your facts and quote other sources, which I appreciate.
