This thread shall never die, it has got to be one of the best (will be classic someday) on here. Long live NATURE ON THE ROCKS! :lol: :lol: Since we've got it going again, has anyone heard back from the company or the man himself regarding any letters or phone calls?

I don't know, but I think by the end of the festival they just started ignoring the cameras. I stood right there for a good while with my camcorder rolling, and they said nothing.

I can't wait until next year :p

Does anyone know if there is a Chicago flower show, if so, do they have a booth there? I would love to go there and see them and then take a full roll of pictures and see what they do. If they yell, I will tell the people holding the convention, let's see if we can get them banned from every possible place and watch them go out of business, then we can point and laugh in their face! :lol: :lol:

Shows that ruining the magic can go a long way and we won't let them go for doing so.

Ah yes, the evil shall start August 7, 2004. It will be a day that shall go down in infamy. :lol: Anyone else from the Chicagoland area care to join me that day in photo-taking?!? I'll make sure I post those pictures ASAP. I get back from Disney just a few days before that too, so I'm sure I'll have a couple pictures to "waste" before I develop them. Oh man, I cannot wait at all for this now!!!!!! :goodnevil

Well I guess it's time to put my final happenings with guest communications in writing here. Anyhoo... here's what happened after I got back.

On June 5th, 2004 I got a phone call from WDW guest communcations and talked with her for about 5 minutes. She gave me the spiel about how this was wrong and so sorry etc,etc... I asked her if anything had been said to "Guy" and Nature on The Rocks. This is where it gets kind of good. She asked me to repeat the names of the people and their business name!! I also told her of this website and how others had similar issues with this vendor. I had to get going to work and it seemed like this was going nowhere so she apolgized again and I hung up. I wasn't happy with the phone call and the more I thought about it, the more I wanted to let them know what happened shouldn't be swept under the door.

So I ripped another letter off, and waited for a response. I got a phone call left on my cell phone. Same spiel as before but with a couple curious replies. The first is she said she was aware of the message boards and what had been written be others. As far as what was going to happen to "Guy" and NoTR. She said that was between WDW and the vendor. She said again how so sorry blah..blah...

I'm going to let this matter rest for now until next years F & G festival. If I make a trip down to the world, I'll be sure to team up with some of you down there. Why should I have all the fun!! :lol: :drevil: I did get some responses out of WDW. That's what I was trying to get anyway. And we will see about NoTR and "Guy" next year. Thanks to all for letting me have me say on the whole story. Thanks to Rob and Sir Nim and others who made this thread a memorable one!! :wave:

Hey all!! I hope that this matter gets resolved to our satisfaction (them not being allowed back at all!) but is there any way to find out this info, short of waiting for next year?? Any CMs that have a connection somehow? Belle
