For the knee injury that he had, you knew he was gonna be out at least a year and he did that right before the midway part of the season last year. I also hope he can come back from it.Thanks.. that is too bad.

Whats all this talk....I thought Dana said this was a football thread.....
I'm glad somebody else appreciates real football.
Not that Sunday crap.
Bowden Bowl!!!
Not surprised by their win yesterday. Though I follow the Bucs, I still have a soft spot in my heart for the Saints after following them for so long. If the Bucs can't win the division, N.O. is my second choice.Soooo...Ummm GEAUX SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This will be interesting to see how this team rallies around an obvious inferior field-leader. This will be BB's biggest coaching challenge. I'm sure teams are smelling blood if they have N.E. on their schedule.R.I.P. Tom Brady...
I was shocked by how the Bears dismantled Indy last night. Peyton didn't look good. Atlanta and Carolina shocked me with their wins yesterday.CRAZY game day yesterday...
Being a big Colts fan, originally from Chicago, I was a mix of emotions last night...

Call me superstitious or whatever... but I just HATE they lost their first true game in the new Lucas Oil Stadium... :brick: Not a good way to "break it in."I couldn't believe the amount of weight Peyton had lost. All his 'bulk' muscle was gone. Hopefully once he gets a game or two under his belt, he'll get into his consistantly awesome groove. Hopefully Addai's head injury will be okay too.

But my goodness, that place is huge! It towers over the RCA Dome!
I know Peyton is a little nicked up with his knee problem, but he was purposely held out of preseason games, as were a lot of other starters from teams. The commish recognizes a problem here and wants to add one or two games to the regular season schedule. Coaches have got to let these players play and work the rust off before the actual season begins. I wonder how much this affected yesterday's games.I couldn't believe the amount of weight Peyton had lost. All his 'bulk' muscle was gone. Scott, also could not agree with you more about Bill's coaching/Pats challenge right now. Should be interesting to watch.
R.I.P. Tom Brady...

I am happy that the Cowboys started with a win Also the Dallas Cowboys won 28 to 10 against the Cleveland Browns at Cleveland, and Cleveland almost made the playoffs last year.
The next game that the Cowboys will play shall be a monday night game. It will be The Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles. This will be a big game. If Dallas can win this game, I will really be happy
So glad Cowboys won also! :sohappy: Monday night should be interesting at my house. Hubby is an Eagle fan. :brick:
I hate to see anyone get hurt
Now I still think the Patriots are going to be very good, even though they don't have Tom Brady.
Cleveland is a bad football team and won't make the playoffs. Having said that, Dallas is the best team in the NFC this year.I am happy that the Cowboys started with a win Also the Dallas Cowboys won 28 to 10 against the Cleveland Browns at Cleveland, and Cleveland almost made the playoffs last year.
Obviously, or he would be starting for someone else this year. Trust me, teams are out there every single day looking for the backup with another team that they think can be their next "Tom Brady".Umm...remember, everybody said that the Patriots would be horrible when Bledsoe went out in game 2. (That being said, I don't think that Matt Cassel is the next Tom Brady).
