You should see the craziness here in Tennessee. I've never seen so many Manning fans other than when I went to college in Indy. Getting tickets to a Colts game here is near impossible!

Favre bashers kill me. . . Despite owning ALL the all time quarterback records, he only finished second in the NFL MVP balloting last season. Yeah, he's washed up. :lol: You watch - the Jets will finish ahead of Miami and Buffalo this year, and now they are a threat for a wild card.

The isnt the issue I have with him. It is that I had to witness on ALL sports programs last spring a sobbing Farve at the mic, telling the Packers to move on to only come back mid summer and try to get 20 million out of them to stay retired and out of the way.

I guess the thing Im upset with the most, is Ill have to witness that sobbing scene all over again at the end of this season or next when he repeats the process.

Lets remember all those greats that tarnished their legendary status with trying to come back and not knowing when to give it up: Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali, Evander Holyfield, Ricky Henderson and Ill beat you can add Brett Favre. They will go 6 and 10.

I'm a HUGE UT fan too! Peyton single-handedly made me a UT fan when I was in high school. Ahhh, those were the days. I proudly wear my orange every Saturday that I can during the fall and you'll probably catch me at no less than 3 or 4 games a season.

The UT quarterback this year (Crompton) is from here and I can't wait to see him do amazing this season.

Yeah... my nephew is a freshman at Northern. He's my late-brother's step-son. He thought he was going to go to Michigan... but, long story, he ended up at Northern. He's so cool though! I can't wait to see him play!

I would have guessed that to be your favorite position....not too big like linemen, not too small like receivers and safeties....

....versatile, good hands, decent speed, not afraid to go over the middle, able to score.....

Thanks... I guess this is why the life expectancy for an NFL player is about 3 years. It is just brutal on your body. All the luck to him, but knees injuries on running backs make me nervous.
