It would be a dream come true if this discussion ever gets to any of the points you mentioned. It starts with hand drawings and bulletin board discussions. I am no professional and have no secret information. How many times do I have to say that?
Didnt you say you snuck into some secret location back when Epcot opened and saw some secret information? You also said you are two people away from someone who makes things happen.

You'll have to post proof (hard proof) that footers were ever poured for people to believe you. So far there is none. Believe me, I'd love to see photos of them.

Another issue is it seems your ideas for future expansion should belong in the imagineering forum, not here. That'll help separate a valid discussion from a fans proposals. The planned expansions are of worthy discussion but lumping it with what you yourself thinks should happen will just get the whole thread moved.

BTW, the Lake Buena Vista monorail proposal was 1976-7, not 1984.

When's the next video Martin? Haha I may watch something tonight... I haven't come close to watching them all though.

Yes, I did. And, yes, I am. But I don't claim to have any NEW information that's not common knowledge.

I'm back in full-force. Some points:

1. The point of dispute here was my claim of an unused monorail footer at EPCOT Center. My claim was extremely conservative, naming just one, while I suspected but did not say anything about other footers. As it turns out, not only was I right, but there are unused footers throughout the boundaries of the northern half of EPCOT Center both to the east and to the west of SSE.

2. I claimed that at one time (circa 1984) the system was on the verge of being expanded to WDW Village. Not only is my claim correct, but it was planned to coincide with another project that was on the verge of starting: a major expansion of that area (that is just now about to begin in concept) and included a clone of DL's New Orleans Square, which the Empress Lilly would have been its icon and incorporated into the project. Eisner and Wells pulled the plug on these projects almost immediately after taking management.

3. I claimed that there are ways to cut the cost of expanding the system. I incorporated some of these in the expansion proposal I thought up and posted. The official word by Disney on the costs being prohibitively expensive is true when examining just part of a much bigger picture.

4. My facts are and always have been rock solid. I will post more evidence for those that still don't believe what I'm saying, but I will do it at my own pace without being pressured to do so.

5. My efforts will refocus on the proposal I drew up, fine tuning it, tweaking it, improving it, making it better, and incorporating new ideas and suggestions. I will do my best to try to ignore those who want to derail my work.

6. Those who want my efforts to fail, think it's a complete waste of time, or don't believe it could or should happen, crash someone else's party. Life is short.
I have said this many times and I will say it just one more...

PROVIDE NUMBERS!!!!

How much will a mile of track run and back that number up with a material and a labor take off. Until you can do that you have nothing, ziltch, nada.

Ah. No NEW inside info. Just wanted to get that clarified.....

So what new information do you have that IS common knowledge that there are current plans to even consider expanding the monorail, created by Disney or created by anyone outside of Disney?

But you have said a number of times that this will be a cost effective way of doing a monorail expansion. If you haven't already done the financial analysis, how can you make that statement?

Good legit question. I believe I explained how building an intermodal center near DHS would save a ton a money concerning planned future projects, such as the expansion of DHS. In due time, we'll do the cost analysis. It's the combined savings of the parking structures, DHS expansion, and so on, when integrated with the intermodal center, when combined with the monorail system expansion and DAK light rail when these projects are planned together as a single project is where most of the savings come from, in addition to the savings found by using a minimal length of track that would be required by moving the DHS entrance closer to the existing system.

It's in that monorail brochure. I'll post the whole booklet later.

The cubic yards of concrete and tons of steel are in the brochure. That is step 1 of about a 100 step cost analysis process. Unless you have done step 2-100 you have exactly nothing.

See, I think you're a high end comedian cuz no one else would use the phrase "intermodal center". Here's a picture of me with two solar panels from the dead section of UoE (entirely true) DSC_0071.JPG. I lived on top Energy for several months eating stray seagulls and ravens and opening my mouth and looking heaven ward to drink water during the torrential downpours that occasionally drench the central Florida. During my time on top of Energy the answers to all the questions and theories you are wondering about were revealed to me. For a fee of $432,876, I will expose the mysteries of the footers for all to see. Knowledge won at such a steep price does not come cheaply.

I hear they are going to expand the steam train rail line all the way to the airport. The problem is that they need to enclose the track so people can't just jump on and off it but still have the smoke vent out. Haven't you ever see all the discarded test bubbles on the magic express trip from the airport? Lots of people have recovered them and are using them over their pools. That's what the bus driver who isn't actually a Disney employee told me so it must be true. I secretly looked under the bus but didn't see anything.
