Like I said, nothing would happen, the police would not arrest someone for that, especially not if they only did it once..

Police: Man arrested for threats

THE SUN HERALD
BILOXI - A gun-toting Nevada man was arrested Sunday night after he threatened a Rebel flag supporter at the beach display, police said.
The man, identified by police as Ellex Sturkey, who is in his mid-20s, was charged with obstructing traffic and making a verbal threat. Police said Sturkey got into a heated verbal exchange around 8:30 p.m. with a Rebel flag supporter, ending the argument with the words, "I've got something for you." The man then drove away and returned 20 minutes later, this time pulling his car alongside the Rebel flag supporters, said Biloxi Sgt. Bruce Johnson. When a police officer told him to move his car, Johnson said, the officer spotted a gun tucked beneath Sturkey's leg and yelled, "Gun!"
Police surrounded the vehicle with guns drawn and arrested Sturkey without incident, Johnson said. Sturkey was not charged with having the .380 caliber handgun in his vehicle, which is legal in Mississippi.
"(Sturkey) never actually presented the firearm or used it," Johnson said. "But whenever (police) see a handgun in a volatile situation like that, (the arrest) is for everyone's safety."
Sturkey was being held on $1,000 bond.

Fievel: The Tampa Officer was wrong to arrest that person, as they did not break the law.
