If you held up a picture with "Erika"'s picture on it, whoever the person you are shooting at could have you arrested!

Like I said, nothing would happen, the police would not arrest someone for that, especially not if they only did it once..

But the police would keep it on a record... Bad rep =..... well you know

Very true, but you would not get arrested for it. That is the only point I am trying to make.

Maybe the law wasn't clear enough for you....Once or a hundred times isn't the case...the law is clear, and if you would threaten to kill me, I'd press charges, and YES - you would be in jail. At the very least you'd be taken away in protective custody for my safety.

How did you NOT contradict yourself. You first say that nothing would happen, and then you say that something could happen but you would not get arrested?

The answers are different, and they're both wrong.

Keep up this attitude and you'll be banned by morning...good night little lawyer boy.

Police: Man arrested for threats
By REGGIE BEEHNER
THE SUN HERALD

BILOXI - A gun-toting Nevada man was arrested Sunday night after he threatened a Rebel flag supporter at the beach display, police said.

The man, identified by police as Ellex Sturkey, who is in his mid-20s, was charged with obstructing traffic and making a verbal threat. Police said Sturkey got into a heated verbal exchange around 8:30 p.m. with a Rebel flag supporter, ending the argument with the words, "I've got something for you." The man then drove away and returned 20 minutes later, this time pulling his car alongside the Rebel flag supporters, said Biloxi Sgt. Bruce Johnson. When a police officer told him to move his car, Johnson said, the officer spotted a gun tucked beneath Sturkey's leg and yelled, "Gun!"

Police surrounded the vehicle with guns drawn and arrested Sturkey without incident, Johnson said. Sturkey was not charged with having the .380 caliber handgun in his vehicle, which is legal in Mississippi.

"(Sturkey) never actually presented the firearm or used it," Johnson said. "But whenever (police) see a handgun in a volatile situation like that, (the arrest) is for everyone's safety."

Sturkey was being held on $1,000 bond.

They could, and guess what the Judge would tell them... Get a restraining order :)

There ya go...keep talking....you quote no laws..no facts...as I continue to read straight from the lawbooks.

Have a nice life...you won't be bothering us anymore.

TAMPA -- Police arrested a Clearwater man Tuesday after a woman said he handed her a piece of paper, told her to smell it, then uttered the word "anthrax."

Satya S. Tallamraju, 31, of 1106 Hammock Pine Blvd. was charged with threatening a weapon of mass destruction, a second-degree felony.

He is the second person in Tampa to be arrested on the charge since a series of anthrax cases were reported in Florida and elsewhere in the country.

"Especially after the events of Sept. 11, it falls into the category of "you can't make threats against the president, you can't yell fire in a theater and you don't make threats of a weapon on an airplane,' " said Tampa police spokesman Joe Durkin. "Now you don't make threats of a weapon of mass destruction. You can go to jail for that as well."

Tallamraju, a contractor for a construction company, was working on a project at the state Department of Transportation building on N McKinley Drive in Tampa. Police said he handed a slip of paper to a DOT administrative assistant.

He told the assistant to "smell this" and as she did, he said "anthrax" and walked away, authorities said. The note smelled like bug spray, and the woman called police.

Durkin said anthrax was not on the paper. Tallamraju told police that he asked the woman to smell the paper but denied saying the word "anthrax."

He was released from the Orient Road Jail Tuesday night on $7,500 bail. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
