If the problem was due to shoddy or negligent maintenance then that is an even bigger FAIL than if the issue is due to a design flaw.

*Side note -- do not ride EE in the pouring rain. It hurts

Any roller coaster in the rain hurts. I rode The Kraken in the rain a few weeks ago and I felt like I was getting stabbed.

I know the feeling.
Rode Batman:Knight Flight in Cleveland (now known as Dominator at King's Dominion) one year in October. Just as we were leaving the station it started to sleet a little bit.
Coaster + Sleet = Pain. Felt like someone was hurling BBs at me the whole ride.

Oh My God! I remember riding the Titan at Six Flags over Texas, and it was the first time I sat in the very front for it and we waited extra only to be pelted horribly by the rain. Thank God we had jackets and it was a bit chilly because it protected us a bit. But it hurt sooooo bad lol. Its funny as I think back on it though.

The finale scene of the ride was built to showcase the yeti. I remember my first ten rides on the coaster (all on the first day of operation, natch) thinking how amazing it was that the yeti seemed so small when first glimpsed, then you get closer and Closer and CLOSER and he gets larger all the time. This is wasted now. It's a big room with nothing there.

I'd rather see a mode which is not A or B or C. Maybe an X mode. One where he moves enough to seem real, but not so much to break the cement supports on which he rests.

For him to break within two years of being introduced is insanity. Someone ought to be sued (a contractor, I'm sure). That's just poor engineering.

I was under the impression that the company that built her (I've been told the Yeti is female) is no longer in business.

I rode the ride today, for the first time in probably a year. I knew going into the ride that the Yeti was not going to be working, but I remember him at least having a strobe and at least frozen in a somewhat scary position.

I was very surprised when I rode that he basically was crouched down, facing down, not looking at the train, and maybe 4 flashes of light flashed on him all together. I thought maybe the light was so low to not add to his terrible shape, but it just was pretty pathetic in my opinion. Still a good ride though.
