It's the graveyard-looking area that you walk by when you first enter EPCOT.

It was the replacement to the 'Walk Around the World' bricks. You paid a fee (Started at $75 I believe and went down to $25 eventually) to have a picture taken of you and then etched into stainless steel and placed on monoliths at the park entrance.
