Just wondering,
all the people who hate LaL so much, do you have the brick legacy outside magic kingdom?
I have the LaL and am glad it was available for me when we went 2001, my daughter has a great time trying to find it, (she was not born when it was done) and the pictures look a bit wierd, she finds this funny!
Personaly I would rather have my picture up on a wall than my name on a brick where everyone just walks all over it!

I have a brick and Disneyland, and I'll tell you why I prefer this to the Tombstones - unobtrusiveness. There were going to be bricks put into that ground in front of Disneyland/The Magic Kingdom anyway so that people wouldn't have to walk on dirt. I would rather have somebody walk on something with my name on it, than have my extremely pixelated picture slapped on an ugly block, muc king up what used to be a beautfiul view of Spaceship Earth.

Some of us would be happy if they hired someone to carve out the tops of the slabs and stuck little box planters in them and used some sort of greenery that would cascade down the front and sides a little.

If it was that shape in plants/greenery, that'd be awesome.

Wasn't that in Hench's original concept art?

My dog sometimes leaves a legacy when we go for a walk.
I always clean it up though, so other people don't have to look at it.

I have a LaL print and I want them gone. I'd rather walk on my own name, then ruin a beautiful view of SSE. In all due fairness though, I'd just rather see them moved. Paint them white and move them in front of The Contempary. Their looks would look nice with the shape of the building and yet, the images are still there.
