I am 110% confident in saying that Josh D’Maro will get out on stage and say something to the effect of (if not verbatim) “Horizons at EPCOT Center had a very famous quote: ‘If we can dream it, we can do it.’ And that quote reigns true to this day here at Walt Disney Imagineering”
That’ll be after the panel opens with an a capella rendition of “new Horizons”

The website has been updated with the routes for the Anaheim Regional Transit buses to and from the Honda Center:

Anaheim Regional Transportation (ART) Buses

Before and after Honda Center shows, ART buses will have additional round-trip routes to/from select area hotels to/from the ARTIC station, which is located just across the street (about a 7-minute walk) from the Honda Center. When exiting the ARTIC station, guests should use the sidewalk and follow traffic control officer instructions to access the Honda Center.

At the Anaheim Convention Center, there is an ART stop located on Convention Way in front of the Clarion Hotel Anaheim Resort. A summary of ART service to/from the Honda Center is below, but please visit rideart.org or download the A-Way WeGo mobile app for specific local transportation routes and schedules.

Evening service to/from the Honda Center begins at 4:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. Return service ends 1 hour after Honda Center shows end. On August 9, 10, and 11, show your D23 Event Badge when boarding ART buses to receive complimentary fare.

There is also information on bag check for those attended the Honda Center panels:

Bag Check

For the safety and convenience of all guests, please do not bring large items with you on D23 Shuttles. At the Anaheim Convention Center, two complimentary bag check locations are available to guests for storage of their large items while they are at Honda Center shows. These bag check locations are in Arena Plaza and Grand Plaza, as shown in the map above. They are open from 9 a.m. each day until 90 minutes after Honda Center shows end. Note that the bag check location in Lobby A/B is only open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day, and therefore cannot be used to store items during Honda Center shows. Please claim your items before bag check locations close each day; no items may be stored overnight.

“For the health and safety of all guests, overnight queuing is not available for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. Additional entry instructions for the Anaheim Convention Center, including entry queue start times, will be provided in the weeks leading up to the event”.

Wonder what time they will allow us to line up. Convention opens at 9.
