I havent decided yet! Finances being the way they are, I could just about justify the $75 for the subscription, but its an extra $55 shipping charges to the UK, so Im not sure!

UK here too. I really want to but as has already been said, over $50 shipping on top of the $75 joining fee and the cost of buying the merchandise too? Doesn't seem to be targeting a non-USA audience with those prices!

eh, probably not. I'll have to wait and see what kind of gift they're giving. 75 dollars for four magazines, a certificate, and a "gift" seems a bit steep. I'll never make it to the disney convention in Anaheim so that's not even something good for me. If they offered an Orlando version of it I might consider it.

That said, I probably will pick up this first magazine off the shelf just to see if its any good.

I won't be joining, even though I'd like to. I live in Canada and they want an additional $50 to send things to us here. Plus the exchange rate, it would make this membership at least $150 Cdn. Plus if I was interested in purchasing any of the members only items, I would have to fork out more in shipping than the cost of the actual item.. Oh well.:shrug:

I'm on the fence about D23 - especially since the Expos will be in CA for the next 4 years. Since charter membership is available until Dec 31, 2009 - I'm going to take my time to decide.

I am not joining right now, and I don't plan to unless they add something really special that I could not live without, like automatic pin codes for the time that I will be visiting Disney World. Then, it would be worth it. :lol:

I'm not sure what you mean. I signed up at 0930 yesterday and have a charter membership. :shrug: Anyone who purchases prior to 31 Dec will be a charter member.

My thoughts exactly. If it had been $50 I might have considered it but $75 is way too much. I'll bet we'll see a price drop after Dec. 31st.
