There's absolutely no guarantee (key word here is guarantee) that a safe and effective vaccine will be created in 2020. It's literally impossible to know right now if it's even possible. Imagine thinking you have a safe vaccine that ends up having dire side effects that end up causing more harm than good. That very real possibility is what will prevent a vaccine from coming out to a mass audience any time soon.

And if you've been paying attention, Dr. Fauci said that the vaccines being developed could prove to be 1) ineffective, 2) unsafe, or worst case 3) exacerbate the virus. STOP POSTING HOPES AS IF THEY ARE FACT.
And they will delivers vaccines at scale. It doesn't mean those vaccines will ever be approved for use. You are twisting what was said to make it look like Esper was trying to imply something he wasn't. They will be producing hundreds of millions of doses multiple vaccines at scale so they are ready for rapid deployment if one of those vaccines is approved.
Unlikely but keep telling yourself that.
He is trying to twist what was said for political reasons.
Getting the Yeti fixed at DAK is impossible.

I heard about the bar in Platteville. My daughter said at Subway people were right next to each other and sitting down with no social distancing. I’m not sure I’d be able to handle that. We’ve got a phased approach to use as guidance. I was shocked there were no plans that had been put out to the public. I thought all states were doing that. My husband said the hospital was pretty busy with elective surgeries now. I heard that Dane County was looking at trying to lock things down again with Milwaukee following. Hope that’s enough to keep everyone safe.
