August Hours ?

Carey Poppins - Nanny and Disney Enthusiest
Hi All!

I am helping a friend plan their Aug trip. They check in the 31st of July and that date is posted on waltdisneyworld.com - so I am assuming the Aug hours will be posted some time next week. But some times you all work your magic and know the hours early! :sohappy: Anyone have a link or know the Aug hours???
Any and all help is much appreciated!!!

I was just reading posts over on the "other" Disney board and a lot of people have called and emailed Disney about this. For those who called and spoke to CMs they have been told that the hours won't be posted until after the 15th of the month. Don't know how much truth there is to this!?! But I suggest if you're upset about the lack of calendar hours then maybe an email or call is warranted!

Holy Cow! What are people who are going in the beginning of the month supposed to do about ADR's? I can make mine on the 18th so I hope they have them up by then, it's bad enough that we have to wait 90 days. I tried calling the other day but couldn't get through, think I'll try again today.

Here's my question. I'm going August 9th-16th. Once 90 days from the 9th rolls around, can I make my ADRs for the entire trip, or could I only do it for August 9th on May 9th, etc. etc. I've never done any real sitdown meals on my previous trips so this is all new to me.

Since you're staying at All Star Sports, yes you can book ADRs for your entire stay at 90 days prior to check-in. Anyone staying on-site can do so for an up to 10 days' stay.

Calendar is up for DHS!!! But the last of the month is still missing! We have one park... three to go!!!

Ok people don't get too excited... I just checked dates 24th thru to the 29th and there's no F! listed at all! Is it possible that it's not listed yet or is there really no F! that whole week!?!

Disney get your freakin' act together!!!

Ok, So I just called and talked to a CM. She said there have been a TON of calls about the hours. She did mention HS hours (which I saw on the site when I talked to her). When I asked about Fantasmic hours, she said they were "working on it" as well as all of the other park hours. Hopefully within the next day or two was her final thought on the matter. . .

I'm glad they've received a ton of calls! If they can't get the calendar out at least 90 days in advance then they need to change the ADR window to 60 days! I feel for the people who have been looking forward to their 90 day mark only to have no calendar information to go on!

I hope they put up the last two days of the month as well. I'm traveling the end of August and I need the 30th and 31st!

And I bet 30 of those calls were from my mother
She is very frustrated about the hours! They should be out by now.
Thankfully her trip is towards the middle of August so she doesn't have to scramble to make ADRs right now.

The end of August is considered value season... which would make sense if they're offering free dining during that time!

Im just surprised for the last 4 years I have been going the last 2 weeks of august and Im use to 9 and 10pm closing at the studios. Fantasmic at 830 and on nights that had 2 showings one after 10pm. I know they were cutting back but 7pm WOW

Oh really!?! I just recently traveled in September so I'm use to those kind of hours... but this is my first time traveling in August!

Have they really changed that much!?!
