I have generally liked Adam throughout this season (second to Danny of course!) but I thought his second song tonight was awful and I think he picked it in an attempt to show up Danny and how bad he did last week with Aerosmith. He should have learned from Danny's lesson and left Aerosmith alone. Kris's second song was much better than his first one.

I thought Kris and Danny were way better than Adam tonite. I agree with you guys.
I mean, Adam was good, but it was just the same falsetto screaming he's done again and again and again since week 1.
I don't know, but man this is probably the most heated top 3 ever. I honestly have no idea who will go.
Anyways, the judges arguing during the first two songs was hilarious! And then they cut to the commercials... lol

Ya know...I used to seriously like to hear Adam sing. But now my ears just want to bleed.:dazzle:
I have wanted Danny to win from the start, but also liked Alison, unfortunately she got voted off.
i am very impressed with Kris, esp late in the game. I do feel hes a dark horse.

Before, I was betting on Allison and Adam in the finale. Not that I'm an Adam fan in the least, I can't stand him. And I thought Allison would win. Now that she's gone, I'd really like to see Kris and Danny in the finale. That would be a win for me, no matter who actually wins the show.
Hopefully, Adam will be going home. Wishfull thinking, I'm sure.

I think Simon was genuinely worried Adam had screwed the pooch, so he did his usual attempt to manipulate the audience at home with his speech about "don't assume Adam's safe"...
And "One Trick Pony" is the best description of Adam I've heard! All screech and stage lighting... no substance. The boy's got pipes, but he doesn't do anything different with them from week to week.

I think overall Danny did the best and he would be the most "marketable" of the three. Adam's first song was good but he murdered the second song...Chris was pretty good though I have never heard the Kayne West song he sang..

The judges seem to like Adam the best, but I am not sure about the majority of the American public.
I enjoyed Kris's 2nd song very much.
My hubby is not crazy about Danny, but there is something about his singing style that I like - I can't really pinpoint it.
It's all still up in the air - I don't who will be going home tonight - we'll just have to watch & see! :shrug:

I think Adam is showing that he's a little one dimensional.
Didn't like his performance at all last night.

I like Adam, but I really hope he is the one that goes home tonight. Cryin is one of my favorite songs ever, and I could not even listen to his version....I ended up fast forwarding. The judges make me sick the way they were gushing over him....it would put them in their place if Adam does go home.
Paula was going way overboard with her predictions that Adam is going to win.:hurl: And whats her face (the new judge) was almost as bad (I just don't like her...I hope they do not put her on again next season). I thought they were way too hard on Kris for the first song. I love that song, and I thought he did a fantastic job.
I thought Kris and Danny were both awesome. They both seem alot more genuine to me than Adam does. It's hard to pick a favorite, but I think I'd have to say at this point Kris is my favorite. I'd be happy with either of them winning.

Adam has just been so on and off for me. There was that one time where he sung "Mad World" and it was fantasitc but there have been many other times where he dons the creepy goth make up and does his usual falsetto screams leaving me unimpressed. :shrug: The results could be very interesting tonite.

I try to imagine listening to each contestant on the radio & I just don't think I would enjoy hearing Adam.
I think Kris & Danny would sound better.
Personally, I am leaning more toward Kris.
I do like Danny though.
Can't wait to see what happens tonight!

I agree with many of the other comments that Adams falsetto and "screams" are well past tiring. I could even give it to him with Aerosmith...but I thought One was just atrocious. I would like to hear him sing just using his real voice.
Knowing how much he likes to scream and the good comments he got on doing Zeppelin, I thought he would do Immigrant Song. Plenty of scream and falsetto opportunities there!
Yes, Simon sure put out the appeal for Adam supporters. This year is harder than previous ones to call, even with the top 5 as different as their styles are, it's like comparing apples and oranges.

I think Danny was the class of the competition, no doubt.
With the one million vote separation and the differences in style, most if not all Danny's votes are likely to go to Kris tomorrow. I don't believe anyone who voted for Danny last night would ever vote for Adam.
