Ah, too ture. :brick: Well, we know we won't be seeing his face until after the next refurb in about 10 years. :hammer:

Oh dont forget the paperboy now facing a stupid wall. Or backdrop I should say. Whose bright idea was that Id like to know?
Several AAs were updated after the attraction soft opened due to the shortened schedule. There is nothing wrong with him - indeed he does look over his shoulder towards the ride vehicles now and then. I agree the street effect dosn`t work though. The voice was a weird one - for Cronkite he also had a kids voice, then he suddenly reached puberty in 1994.If my memory serves me he was missing for some time before the refurb, and even a short period after. There has to be some kind of issue with him.

When I rode it last week, I payed careful attention to the paperboy "scene". I think the major problem with the vignette is the lighting (or lack of) on "the wall".:shrug:Yeah I always found that odd. The voice is right this time around, but he should be facing the audience instead of a wall... :brick:

Was he in the Iron's version?
Yes, with a deep voice.
That's funny 'cause I don't remember a paperboy. I only remember the printing press scene.
Look up a ride vid...He's right next to the track.
Oh, now I see it.
Martin's right, he did hit puberty.
Yes, with a deep voice.
Assuming he will still be there.:animwink:Ah, too ture. :brick: Well, we know we won't be seeing his face until after the next refurb in about 10 years. :hammer:
That's why he faces the wall, to hide his acne. :lookaroun
Was it really that low, or do I forever have "Extra, Extra! Read all about it!" etched in my memory in a high pitched voice?
Yeah, there's plenty of stuff that doesn't live up to its potential, but I am honestly EMBARASSED every time I have to watch the preshow to Honey, I Shrunk The Audience.
Everything else is at least presentable!
That atrocity does not even deserve the label of being a "pre-show." I haven't stepped foot in Imagination in about five years now because of that awful piece of trash.
