Alcohol Around The World!

, but if you want something unique and refreshing order a "snakebite" (it is Harps Lager mixed with Strongbow Cider).

Ahh good old snakebite, many pubs wont serve it due to its volatile nature. For added kick try one made with a "premium" lager or "Vintage" cider, you may have to make a call for Hugh on the big white phone though.

I said it before and I'll say it again......

Kungaloosh! from the Adventurers Club

Blackberry Brandy
Capt Morgans Original Spiced Rum
Orange Juice
Strawberry Juice
Crushed Ice

Delicious!
My wife says thanks for the recipe, PIPPA. And how are you doing? The AC was great in April and July!! We want to go back and are working on early Nov. And you? Oh by the way, do you remember the very large man at the AC? Well, he no longer is large, he's 2/3 less of what he was and looks great. As I had asked the bartender he did it for himself.

50's Prime Time Cafe has awesome mixed drinks. I've got about a dozen glowing ice cubes that I now use when I have parties. My favorite was the Mowie Wowie. Mmmmmm..... :D

I loved the Stella Artois I got on tap at Epcot.
Funny, I can't remember where I bought it from.
It must have been after the Dos Equis from Mexico
and the Harp I drank at the Rose and Crown.
I think Stella is Begian, so I guess it was in Norway.

belgium is next to luxemborg and france :lookaroun i personally hate beer that has been quick brewed. Too much crap in it to make it enjoyable.... it has been given the unfortunate name of 'wife beater' over here - just for the fact the majority of people that get tiddly on it go a bit off the rails... :drevil:

basically - it is like drinking battery acid :lookaroun - steer clear!

I found a web site that tells about Norwegian beer, and others around the world.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norwegian_beer

(Makes me a little sad to say 'Norwegian' - we used to have a Norwegian elk hound named Meaghan. She was great.)

:)

When I spent some time in northern Norway I drank a brew called Makol, I think its now Mack. The bottle tops had a number the higher the number the quicker the brew got you wellied.

What type of Snakebite is available in Canada (go ahead, make your jokes...)? I read about the one on the UK, but don't remember seeing anything about one in Canada.

The "List" looks good so far, except for the fact that you are probably going to have to tame it down considerably in order to make it. Some of the countries that have 2 drinks listed are definitely going to need to be cut back on, and IF you can...I would try to group the liqours and then proceed to the beers (its tough because you have Germany near one end and UK towards the other...BOTH with Excellent Beers).
