Certainly the exterior could be finished by then. They are probably finishing the shingles today.

Are those dates usually announced at the same time? I am heading there in January and I would love to eat here, so I want to be on top on things because I know the ADR's will go quick.

I think they usually let the restaurant be open for a while with no ADR's to make sure everything works out and let the new smell wear off and then ADR's come a month or few later. But I could be wrong on that. I'm sure someone else here will back me up or call me wrong.

Good question as that area is not very large to support a crowd hanging out in hopes of getting in, and you just know there will be one.

That's true, maybe they will keep the MnG queue.
I think we will find out more as we get closer to the restaurants opening. Unfortunately, Disney has trained me to plan 189 days ahead.

I thought that's what I read on here earlier. First come, first serve for a month or two until ADR's open.

No way they haven't enclosed that area and it's already the 12th of november. Didn't someone mention it got delayed to early 2016? That seems logical.

That was a one time thing, I have not heard anything about the progress. The restroom area has been closed in for a while now so they could have that work well under way so it's still conceivable that this will be done by early December.
