I seem to be the only one who cried on Peter Pan's Flight...it was just SO cute. I wanted to go to Neverland. Only not really. Boys are icky, throw rocks at them...
And once I cried on AE when my sister grabbed my wrist... her hands were SUPER cold and I burst into tears and wailed worse than any five year old in the theatre...
I cry when I get there. I cry when I leave. I cry at nearly all the fireworks, except Fantasmic. I cry at the Fantasmic in DL though.
I'm just one big crybaby.

I get throat lumpy whenever the music swells anywhere, especially CandleLight Processional and Osborne Lights.
But Wishes and Illuminations totally. And last time on big Thunder and Tower, and as I leave the park on the alst day. I thank each Park for a great vacation.

I definitely get misty eyed each and every time I am in the American Adventure at Epcot and during the Golden Dreams segment at the end, it starts when I see Walt Disney, and shortly after that Jim Henson, and it really kicks in for me when I see the Challenger astronauts smiling and walking down the ramp. Also I never fail to tear up: during the finale of Illuminations, during parts of Wishes, at the beginning of Spectromagic and during the very end sequence, plus formerly - at the beginning of the Main Street Electrical Parade, I nearly did during my first ride of Soarin', and oddly, I found that I got near that level during the Dream Come True parade as well during the first minute or so of the music when the parade comes down Main Street. There is just something about the visual imagery, the music, and the atmosphere that makes me almost giddy with happiness and I fall into the "magic" of the moment and thoroughly enjoy the experience. Especially when I see it reflected in the eyes of the kids around me, from the 5 yr old ones to the 95 yr old ones.

I get a lump in my throat at the end of Spaceship Earth (and also at the part where you start "your return to Earth") and at the end of Fantasmic. I agree, surfsupdon. I think it's the moving music that gets me.

I cry a lot at Disney. My parents thought I would get better when I got older but its just getting worse. I cty when we enter Walt Disney World theough the sign. I cry when we yake our first walk down Main Street USA. The worst is when the lights go out in Magic Kingdom and the music for SpectroMagic starts that just kills me. When i see those muppet guys come out playing the trumphet its so great. Then I get upset when we have to leave especially our last monorail ride, we always visit Magic Kingdom last, and when we exit past the sign. At 15 me dad still goes to me dont worry well be back next year.

I forget the swelling music in synchonization with the light changes in Spectro coupled with the singing children.

It begins on the shuttle from the airport as soon as I see the WDW sign and enter the property. After that, just about any and every little thing overwhelms me with such strong emotion that my husband just passes me napkin after napkin. It's really quite pathetic, but in a good way. Walking right down the middle of Main Street USA, American Advetnure, The little movie of cinema clips they show at the end of The Great Movie Ride, Any Fireworks, the view of the castle from the swing on the beach at the Polynesian, and simply seeing the children with their first pair of mouse ears, just to name a few, are always the most effective to get the waterworks flowing. Pathetic I tell you. No self control.
By the way, I can't tell you enough how comforting it is to know that no matter how pathetic I am, I am obviously not alone. Thanks everyone! :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy:

ill be the first to admit that im a big ole sap.....went to disney world for the first time in June of last year.....life-long dream come true....i cried when i saw Cinderella's castle when i was on the monorail...while i was walking up to it and while i was taking a picture infront of it...lol..cried during Illuminations....and was flat out ballin' durin wishes....the soundtrack from that show gives me the chills and gets me all weepy! most of it was because my mom has never been to WDW and she wasnt there to share it with me...im a big mama's boy..lol...gave her the play by play every 5 minutes on my cell when i was there...lol

i have been to Disney many times and there is always the little things that get to me, most of the time its hearing the music, any music thats Disney. Haven't been in 6 years so now i seem to get teary eyed watching the commercials!
i know Spectromagic always makes me cry, the music is so nice. i mean a night time parade at magic kingdom with cinderella castle, the music and lights, the characters! its enough to make anyone cry!

I had to hold it back and show a happy face... definately worth it though.

When I was a CM in Adventureland, i made a great relationship with a young boy named Bailey. Bailey is blind, and was having the time of his life. I tried to make some magic for Bailey and his family by taking him on the Magic Carpets of Aladdin and bypassing the line. When Bailey boarded the carpets he was grinning from ear to ear...
after his second consecutive trip, he came back down, and was talking to me and a fellow cast member, and he was overfilled with joy. He asked if he could touch my face, and my co-workers (Renee), so he could feel what we looked like. I told him how tall i am (6'9"), and he said I was the tallest, nicest person he had ever met, and he told my friend Renee that she was the most beautiful person he had ever met (after feeling of her face).
Renee and I both had to go offstage for a little while to cry our eyes out! That is probably the only time I've ever just outright cried unexpectedly... but it was so amazing to see someone in Bailey's situation, having the best time of his life, and finding ways to make someone else's day!
as far as tearing up... or being misty eyed...

3. Last weekend when I went to Disneyland and saw the castle/Remember (fireworks) and the old Disney Electrical Parade!
4. When I was 'friends' with Chewbacca, and a little girl with cancer didn't want to leave me. (my makeup was running).
5. Driving home from my Walt Disney World College Program, realizing how many friends and wonderful things I was leaving behind.

Tear-Jerking Moments
Oh wow!
The very FIRST time I saw Tapestry Of Nations was during the Millenium Celebration (I'm going nostalgic on you kids, now). When the parade wrapped up and the music was coming to a close, I stood there in front of Morroco with tears rolling down my face. My friend, Maria, looked at me and she had tears rolling down her face, too. The music, the parade, and everything about the parade that night moved me. I kept saying to my friends that you can't describe the parade, you have to see it. Describing it and explaining the emotions you experience during Tapestry Of Nations do NOT do it justice. Unfortunately, Disney (I assume due to budget cuts) got rid of the Tapestry Of Nations/Tapestry Of Dreams parade. Still, to this day, I play the Illuminations: Reflections Of Earth/Tapestry Of Dreams CD that I got from MouseGear at Epcot. It's funny because since I live with my parents, my mom knows when I'm getting close to getting my "Mickey fix" when I start playing that CD over and over again.
On a more recent note, I experienced Soarin'. What a great attraction! My younger bro, his fiancee, my g/f, and I sat there in our seats after the ride feeling a little misty-eyed afterwards. When we left Soarin' and got outside, the tears started to roll.

you know what, i thought i was in the minority on people who loved that parade! it's great to know that others did too! i never saw TON, only TOD... and it raised the hair on my arms watching those kids interact with those huge puppets! it had excellent music as well, which I listen to from time to time!

I was a Coordinator in Mickey's area back when it was called Starland. I was relieving one of the Greeters for a break, when a hearing impaired girl entered Mickey's "Dressing Room" with her family. The girl started to sign as her mother interpreted "she's been waiting a long time to meet you, Mickey!" Mickey nodded, turned to the little girl and started signing back!!! I stood in shock. I remember the mother and I looking at each other with tears in our eyes. I just stood there motionless for awhile just taking in what I was experiencing...pure Disney magic at it's finest! Gives me chills just remembering it.

Walking into MK for the first time on every trip gets me teary eyed. The sights and sounds of main street and the castle Lordy I get all teared up. I am one to get a little teary in Philharmagic. Wishes and illuminations gets me too. sometimes there will be a song playing in a store or something that gets me. FOTLK gets me too. But unexpectedly - yeah its happened many times. American Adventure was the one that hit me unexpectedly last time. But I will say the one thing that makes me all out cry... is the show presented in One Man's Dream about Walts life. Anytime i see walt on tv or hear him i get choked up but that movie really gets me. ok enough sap story from me... :hammer: oh also last week when watching spectro and snow white walked over and kissed a little girl on the head who was dressed like snow white. her mom was crying and the little girl was so happy
