I knew a guy who worked on the Geek Squad. A man called and told them that his computer wouldn't come on. The first thing they told him was to check to see if it was plugged in securely. He said, "Okay, but I'll have to get a flashlight first. It's kind of hard to see the outlet. The power went out in here a couple of minutes ago." I would personally have advised him to return the computer immediately, because anyone that dumb shouldn't own a computer, but my friend kindly suggested that he wait for the power company to fix the power and then call back if he continued to have trouble.:brick:

Back to the topic at hand....

That is OUTSTANDING....and it made me laugh

kind and helpful then you make fun of the very people that u are employed to be nice to and or make faces at them from behind your stuffed head? And someone reading this that takes their children to see you are not supposed to take offence to some of you cast members callig them stupid and such. I don't care if you are doing it here on the internet or at the park that is rude and uncalled for.
if you had pride "in the magic" or in your job you would not want fans or frequant guests to know how you reidacule them for a mistake or a inside joke to the family. like I said I really see the magic is false from some
Say what you want, I personally don't care. You're sounding as if /you/ haven't talked behind someone's back before. Everyone at some point or another has done that in their life. Nobody is perfect, we are only human.

If you would rather be at the Bahamas than at WDW, then I'm not even sure why you're here in the first place.

Go ahead and go somewhere else; less crowds in the parks. I'm done talking with you.

Me: Can I help you?

Man: Where's the castle?

Me: Oh dear...

Alright heres a few from DL-
Lady talking to her friend about YOAMD- "Its the Year of a Million dollars". This one made me laugh the most mainly because DLR has gone just a bit over board with how many signs and banners, food wrappers, shopping bags, tickets, they have with the YOAMD on it.

sitting in HBP- Jojo walks by and someone says "look its Deigo!"

LOL, don't get me started on stupid guest quotes. One of my personal favorites, I was working Unload 2 at Living With The Land and a woman got off the boat, looked me straight in the eye, and asked "Why did you guys get rid of all the pirates and that song?"
I had to walk away to keep from laughing in her face.
Another good one "Where can I take a picture with the Tazmanian Devil?"
On LWTL "Will this boat take me to the Swan?"
or "I don't know why they call it Soarin', you're just on a boat..."
"Those plants weren't real, plants can't grow inside..."
Sigh, sometimes I wonder how they get dressed in the morning...

In case MontyMon is still checking out this thread...

I'm trying to get work done on the train, dill holes are spilling their beer on my lap top, trying to start Giant (or Yankees when they win the WS) chants, shouting at people who are close enough to touch, getting angry at me because *I* don't know how to party. Yeah, the Giants will be tremendously bummed if I don't drink myself into a state of retardation because I'm just so happy they get rich playing a game for a living. When one of the Giants comes to my job and whoops it up because I made a deadline & earned my pay, maybe I'll respond in kind.

:ROFLOL: That was the best ever! Thanks - I had a tough day and you made me laugh by a-- off!

Thank you for understanding. I think someone was feeling crabby, because overall I thought my post was rather inoffensive, and to my knowledge no school children were massacred as a result.

Yes, but were there any animals harmed in the making of your post?

Oh goodness. Guests make me laugh sometimes, I'm not going to lie.

Last year when I worked at Epcot, I noticed a couple down in the front of the park with newlywed buttons on, so I walked over to congratulate them. We got to talking, and it turned out they were visiting from Italy. Figuring they would get a hoot out of the Italy Pavilion, I asked them if they had seen the World Showcase yet. They stared at me blankly, and finally revealed that they were under the impression that all Epcot had was Spaceship Earth and a few shops beyond. Since they had no interest in spending their money on souvenirs, they rode Spaceship Earth and were on their way out. It took several minutes of convincing (and running to get a park map:proof!) to get them to consider going up past Spaceship Earth. They were such a nice couple, but I can't help but laugh at the experience I had with them. I just don't understand how someone could stand to spend so much money on a trip and then not research up on it a little bit!

So my wife and I get to EPCOT early on the first day of Celebration 25 just to get our registration packet.. We were not in park mode at all..... I just finished up a 2 hour drive from fort lauderdale.. and behind us I heard what had to be the strangest thing....

<Guest> Thank God we got here early... the first thing we're going to do is go on the "Hulk" then over to "Spider Man"

I couldnt resist.... because they were about to pay for their tickets.....

<Me> Make sure you ask the guy at the window for the Free Fast Pass offer

My wife smackled me right in the back of the head... but It was great to see them about 5 hours later and ask how they liked The Hulk....

Then I got smacked again for telling them that "The Dueling Dragons" were at the China Pavillion

As a JC skipper, one night, it took me 15 minutes to convince a confused Asian man that the Jungle Cruise did not make stops at Main Street USA.

Me: Hi, can I help you sir?
Guest: Where at Main Street does boat drop off?
Me: The boat only drops off here at this dock
Guest: No. How to Main St.?
Me: Ok, you're gunna go up that ramp, bear right near the treehouse, wal-
Guest: NO. Where does boat drop off at Main St.?
Me: Sir, I assure you the boats leave here and return here only.
(15 minutes later)
Guest: Yeah but where at Main Street do boats go?

Haha, we get that kind of stuff over at Jaws too. It took me about 10 minutes to convince this lady that the boats wouldn't take her back to the Hard Rock Hotel and, in fact, traveled in a circle.
