The great majority of places serve their ewok way, wayyyy overcooked. Me? I’ll take the classic lightsaber cut, moderate marbling, medium to medium rare (if it’s quality, farm raised ewok) and a big pat of Bespin Butter™. Does it get any better than that?
You do have to be careful with lesser grades of meat though. Ordered some rare bantha one time, one of these Ceviche places, must have been a bit off. 15 minutes later I felt the first stomach rumble.
Now that stuff will help you make the Kessel Run in less than 12 Parsecs if you know what I mean.
