A Set of Goofy Observations

Btw, Carpets should move to a new Toon Studios area at DHS. :lookaroun
With a new Toon Town.

JUST like Disneyland's...:D

Not really biased at all. I just know that they're going to make MK rides based off existing franchises, and I want the best for the park, meaning a non-cartoon based attraction.
What's best for the park in your opinion, though.

I don't think that Indy would damage it by any means, but I do think that something totally new, and on the same grand scale would really be something special.

Not like this will happen anyway!:lookaroun

Which is?

It's becoming a kiddie only playland, something that it never was before. Every new attraction seemingly has to have a cartoon character tie in, and it's really rubbing longtime guests and a portion of the newbies the wrong way.

I really think Disney needs to think carefully about the next addition to the MK, or they risk perpetuating a very bad stereotype about their flagship park.

^Nick, Yes please. :D

An opinion formulated from discussions with guests. Believe me, I used to think Indy should go into DHS, until I talked to a ton of people in the park and formulated and diagnosed MK's biggest problem.

Exactly.:brick:
At this point, I'm sure that guests do want that, but again, I ask....Why not something new? Disney can do better than repeating themselves.

Again, I'm not saying I don't want something new. All I'm saying is that Disney seems to only want to make rides based off characters lately, and I think the best idea would be for a more mature character be placed in MK to reverse the trend of it becoming cartoonified.

Also, who says I want an Indy clone and not a brand new experience?;)

Indy = DHS

Original ride = AL

Remember, I'm right! I'm a teacher! :king: :lookaroun
Ha! at that last comment!

I agree with you, but my heart wouldn't be broken if it were added to either park. I can certainly see the potential of having it in Adventureland and tying it into Jungle Cruise.

Personally, I'd like another Star Wars ride to complement Star Tours with really advanced AA's that can have lightsaber duels:lookaroun

I have other ideas for AL, but I'll save them for my UPDATE thread;)

Are you sure they don't view AK as the new Adventureland and the cartooning of MK's AL is just beginning? So then Indiana Jones might be better at AK.

I'm hoping this happens to TL actually. That Future World becomes WDW's "Tomorrowland" and the MK land get changed to Sci-Fi City or Mavel-Land or something.

SirGoofy, you are once again wrong. You are the one who's doing all the stereotyping here!
