Anyone claiming discrimination would have to prove that there was a disproportionate screening of certain groups versus others. As long as they are screening randomly and screening enough people, that will be impossible to prove.

Not sure what you are going after with the obese references but as far people who need scooters in general. Very simple, two reasons 1) because the rides are calmer at WDW. 2) And as long as you can get on an airplane from your home city, they will take care of all your transportation needs...
