New WDW resorts--no time soon? but...

Awesome analysis! In addition to focusing upon existing flag-brand partners, Disney's current plan is to increase capacity at existing resorts via DVC. With DVD heavily increasing it ROFR buy back at certain resorts it may be an indicator of which resorts are next to get the PV/VWL treatment...

    Ft Wilderness Railroad

I remember riding the train three times. The first time was fine... very awesome ride, very magical time for me with wooden gun in hand. The next year, we were on it and it broke down after going maybe 100 feet. We had to get off and we didn't get to ride. The next day it was running again...

Have you seen/done it all in the WDW parks?

I agree with most people skip things. Most people that go aren't regulars thou, and I think most regulars gravitate to new and changed. Now I think you are over exaggerating the fleeting attractions. Maybe it looks like hundreds over the decades but its manageable when you look at it on an...

Have you seen/done it all in the WDW parks?

I think you are over exaggerating the difficulties of every attraction ever. For a regular, it's not all that hard to believe. Every year you go you do what is new or changed. Everything at WDW inside and out Ever, very difficult. But, you can't tell me I haven't tried!

Have you seen/done it all in the WDW parks?

I'm with you... That's why I said somewhat disagree, because the question isn't exactly clear and is certainly open to interpretation. Just like it didn’t say “ever existed” it didn’t say “currently exists”. I wouldn't be surprised if that person does exists. I thought I saw something about a...

Have you seen/done it all in the WDW parks?

The question wasn’t have you done every attraction, there were two questions in the OP. First question, have you ever gone park by park and kind of checked off each attraction that you've seen and done so you can actually say you've experienced all of the attractions they have to offer? Yes...

Tips, Secrets and not commonly known facts about WDW.

As part of the game we played, finding stuff gave you points which would unlocked different items. Items included help for Space Ranger Spin and Toy Story Mania. I think a lot of vets know the Space Ranger Spin Hints but I don't think many know the Toy Story Mania hints... Toy Story Midway...

Tips, Secrets and not commonly known facts about WDW.

Many years ago I started looking for all the secret things, but I was missing them because the kids were more interested in rides and what not. So, I create a game which got them interested in finding all these details, which in turn forced me to write down all these secret things down. The...

    100Yr Beach Towel

I believe its a clue... But others believe its a symbol of future development, but I disagree. I believe it is much much more... I believe this is a clue in a series of clues predicting future development. A treasure hunt much like in National Treasure. With the construction image being...

    100Yr Beach Towel

It's clearly a crane! I have to totally disagree. It's not just a background. Next to the structure which you call the castle in the sky is a crane. It's clearly a crane in the picture on the towel. The mug cuts out part of the crane (I have to find a better picture then what is on this...

    100Yr Beach Towel

Contemporary DVC Tower construction? When taking the monorail last weekend I remembered this post I had. When pulling into the TTC on the monorail from the Contemporary the cranes for the Contemporary DVC Tower construction were positioned just to the left of where they are on the 100yr...

    Planning DiveQuest

I am looking at planning around a member in our party going on the DiveQuest tour and have some questions. It looks like the dive is 40 minutes but the tour is much longer. How long from the start of the tour would onlookers see the divers get into the tank? Where should onlookers go to...

    Jungle Cruise? Safari?

Black rhino When on the KS, we came around a corner and a rhino was moving right next to the path. The rhino and the driver both were startled pretty good. The driver didn't see it until we were right on top of it. Somebody could have reached out an touch it. The rhino was not happy with us...

Last night my son and I played the Yeti Game on the Everest web site. We had a great time playing and at the end when we won it said we won a prize of a 5x7 ride photo on EE. We are going in three weeks and we were very excited. After printing the voucher, we noticed it had a expiration date...

    Right park, wrong t-shirt

I suggest wearing Disney shirts to Six Flags Great America My family went to Six Flags Great American a couple of weeks back. All of us wore Disney shirts (on purpose). It was the greatest thing we ever did! Six Flags is trying to do more stuff like Disney, which I read here in a different...
