    Waiting Times?

I've seen them in use before then. Maybe you just weren't in the place in line when they needed to use one. They are alos used in restaurants.

    Innoventions @ EPCOT

Head over to Innoventions east if you have school aged children. There's a neat display about the use of plastics in our environment. After taking part in a class about the may uses of plastics in our environment, and a cooperative computer game, the child can make a really cool toy. It's free.

    bus transport

Well, that's a pretty depressing way to look at it:( I feel that we may lose some guest interaction and that's not the greatest thing. The goal of the whole system upgrade is not simply based on the spiel. When the system is up and fully operational we hope that we will be able to reduce wait...

    bus transport

I drive those buses. I train those bus drivers. I, too, have found the new system to be both detrimental and beneficial. Yes, we are beginning to lose the guest interaction because of this, and I am not so sure I want to do that completely. The system does give me the choice to interact with the...

    Wheel chair ramp width?

New safety rules prohibit bus drivers to physically assist guests with electric controlled vehicles(ECV) if it would cause them (bus drivers) harm. I have found that most guests with their own personal ECV's/wheelchairs are much better at navigating in the somewhat cramped area of our buses...

    transportion/routes

I went to the website that Nemo14 mentioned and I like it. It is informative without giving too much detail. If you are looking for details as to times or routes, you will not find them for most of our transportation system. There are no set times for the routes to leave the theme parks once the...

    New Bus enhancements in April

Love you!!! I am a big fan of the RTS's too. However the company is more fond of the low floor buses, and most of our guests like them too, especially the elderly guests or those guests who have a hard time stepping up three steps.

    New Bus enhancements in April

Would you be willing to send your request into our bus managers? If you are a frequent guest, you could make a differnce. Trust me on this. I am a WDW bus driver and I know for a fact that our transportation department would listen to you before they would listen to our view points. :brick:

Special Dinner request even if we're staying at Fort Wilderness Cabins?

Why don't you consider contacting places like Cape May Buffet at the Beach club or even Captain Jacks or Fultons in Downtown Disney? They might be able to help you arrange a quiet, secluded area. I would also consider making a call to WDW-DINE and see what they might be able to help you with...

    Fort Wilderness Inquiry

Have you considered renting a rv for that time?? It can get really hot and sticky in July. If that is ok with you than by all means considering going tent cabin. There are two loops that can handle you guys. One is group camping which is something for girl/boy scouts and big groups. The one next...

    Mickey grad hats?

I suspect that if they were mortar board lookalikes it could have been a group of seniors. I have seem the CP kids going about in large groups, but they have Mickey Ear hats with a gold tassel on it. Is that what you saw??:ROFLOL:

    Planning a Birthday

The free bday buttons are an excellent way to celebrate a bday. :sohappy:There's new buttons for the YOAMD that has an empty spot in the middle to put your husband's name. This you can get when you check in. Each park also has bday buttons at guest services. Most of them look alike, but the one...

    Planning a Birthday

Are you staying on the property? If you are talk with the person who checks you in or the conceirge. Sometimes they will bring balloons to a room with a card signed by the characters depending on the hotel you are staying at. You could probably even call them in advanced. The birthday button...

Going to WDW...looking for any great suggestions for eating on property

My favorite character buffet is Crystal Palace, but I've only done dinner there. Non-character buffet is Cape May at the Beach Club. Ohana's is great for dinner especially when Wishes is going off at MK. Plenty of food at an amazingly reasonable price. Kona Cafe's pineapple pancakes are a great...

    Need help w/ Magical Express

I don't see why you shouldn't be able to take DME one way. Why not call Disney reservation or the hotel you are planning to stay at and talk with a lobby conceirge? Good luck.

PO Riverside vs POFQ -- Which is better?

Have to agree with H2O Babie. Port Orleans RS building 14 is close to the main entrance where you will find the food court, main pool, boat access to Downtown and the first bus stop for Riverside. This sometimes causes problems, though, because everyone seems to flock to the South depot bus stop...
