Does anyone know how wide the Disney bus wheel chair ramps are?:Thanks:wave:

Strollers must be folded up for boarding. Buses can accommodate a wheelchair/ECV that fits on standard bus lifts (32"x48"). A maximum of two unfolded wheelchairs/ECVs are permitted on each bus (folded wheelchairs are only limited by crowding/space). Bus drivers will assist those in wheelchairs/ECVs to board near the rear of the bus.

New safety rules prohibit bus drivers to physically assist guests with electric controlled vehicles(ECV) if it would cause them (bus drivers) harm. I have found that most guests with their own personal ECV's/wheelchairs are much better at navigating in the somewhat cramped area of our buses. When that is the case, I let them do the driving themselves and wait, out of the way, for them to park. When it is a rented ECV or wheelchair, I let someone else do the driving unless their is no one to help. The company and the union does not support any bus driver who gets injured moving an ECV on their own. It is up to the individual driver and their personal skills. Now that I am training it is more important to me that a new bus driver does not get injured or injure a guest if he/she does not know what they are doing.
