When we went at Christmas time we went to MGM on Christmas day and it was nearly empty most of the day. Epcot is large, so people tend to say go there on Christmas, but our experience said MGM.

We have done breakfast and dinner since the changes. I loved both. Breakfast includes a wishing star and wand for the girls, boys get swords. When you get there, there are baskets of pastries and bowls of fruit. Then you choose hot or cold meals. Hot comes with sausage, potatoes, eggs, etc...

At the end of the show when Mickey "makes" the water rise to put out the fire -- the head of the dragon rises up higher to be seen over the water. Therefore, the head is pretty high and basically at the top of the mountain. Maybe you are remembering that part of the show.

We love it. I don't think it tastes like frozen and microwaved at all. A lot of people seem to tell this opinion, but I've never found it to be that way. We think the food is really very good at LTT.
