I got lucky - I was in the first corral and finished all three parts in about 58 minutes... and finished only about 10 minutes before it poured. I stood under cover and watched everyone else coming in, soaked to the bone. :p

It is one bar, all the way across the row, although it has a bit of a dip in the middle. That dip will be the biggest obstacle to having three in a row.

Eh... not really. Dispatch 3 really does help considerably - it's very noticeable when you're at FastPass merge. However, it really doesn't help when Central Shops won't give you your logs back and you're stuck with only 45 in the flume. Nor does it help when you have some CMs that suck at...
