I'd suggest trying a few more resort restaurant options. Sanaa/Boma/Jiko would be a great replacement for T-Rex (sorry, I just don't 'get' the appeal of T-Rex/Hollywood at all). The rest looks good, but for my taste I'd probably replace Tony's with a monorail-adjacent restaurant.
