(First off, when you say "DDP" you're talking about the Deluxe Dining plan, right? That would give you 24 TS or CS meal credits per person for an 8-night stay. Or are you referring to the standard Disney Dining Plan, which would give you 8 TS and 8 CS credits per person for an 8-night stay, and planning on paying for additional meals out of pocket? You already have at least 13 TS credits planned so I'm assuming you're talking Deluxe...)

It would help to know your goals. Do you want variety? Value? Interesting experiences? It's hard to "judge" someone else's dining plans, when we all have such individualized preferences and in the end, it's what you want that matters.

That being said, here are my thoughts:

If your goal is to enjoy lots of character meals, for diners who'd prefer fairly mainstream American menus and want to meet the Disney princesses and characters from the "Fab Five" at least twice, then your choices do the job nicely. If you would prefer not to do multiple character meals with overlapping characters, I'd suggest removing either CRT or Akershus, and Chef Mickey's or Tusker House. Also, make sure your touring plans allot plenty of time for each character meal, as they can take significantly longer than a non-character TS meal, as you wait for characters to "make the rounds."

If you're trying to save money on the DDP, choosing low-cost table service meals (e.g., Tony's Town Square) and 2-credit meals (or if it's the Deluxe plan, using any of your credits for CS meals) is not going to maximize your value and you'll likely end up paying far more for the dining plan than you'd pay out of pocket for the same things (plus you'll have to make up for the 2-credit meals by paying for additional meals out of pocket). If you're doing it more for the convenience rather than cost savings, then this observation is irrelevant.

Whatever you decide, I wish you happy dining! :)

For the record, some restaurants not on your list, but which I'd recommend if their cuisine appeals to you, are 'Ohana (Polynesian Resort), Biergarten (Epcot), Boma or Jiko (Animal Kingdom Lodge) and Raglan Road (DTD/Disney Springs).

I'd suggest trying a few more resort restaurant options. Sanaa/Boma/Jiko would be a great replacement for T-Rex (sorry, I just don't 'get' the appeal of T-Rex/Hollywood at all). The rest looks good, but for my taste I'd probably replace Tony's with a monorail-adjacent restaurant.
