Just to clarify for those that haven't watched the videos, the new Dumbo is actually a puppet being designed by Michael Curry (he co-designed the puppets for the Lion King on Broadway along with Julie Taymor). Not sure if by "puppet" they mean that somebody will be inside of it, or puppet as in...

I believe the music was actually intended for PoD, hence the similarities, but then it didn't even end up being used when DL cut PoD entirely.

Now if they would only fork over the cash to upgrade the show to HKDL's standards. That'll be the day.

They've recycled the "Moving On" floats and billed it as the "new" Christmas Parade for the past two years. Tokyo isn't immune to such behavior....none of the resorts are. It'd fit fine in DCA. It's floats aren't nearly as big as the BPB ones, which fit well enough.

Uh....you do know the parade hasn't been around for a LONG time, and I do mean a very long time.

BPB is even better at night! The lighting along the DCA route was amazing, and all the floats had built-in lighting (as you can see from the pics of the cast preview in DHS). I wouldn't mind it in the least if they moved it later. :)

Lightning & Mater were never in BPB to begin with. Are you talking about Stars & Motorcars, and are they currently featured in that parade? We didn't see it last time we went so I don't know the latest characters added to that parade.

It should be marked on the DHS map like they did with the DCA one. They also have the show stops colored coded, and they place similarly colored banners along the parade route to show guests where each stop is. I imagine they'd do the same in DHS. It should also be noted (again) that these...

No offense, but since when has WDW been one to actually close rides during the off-season? I visited in early-Sept. last year (still summer vacation) and Spaceship Earth, Haunted Mansion, and Rock 'n Rollercoaster were all closed. This wouldn't be the first time they've decided to pull...
